PASSENGER RIGHTS IN THE EU / UK

Regulations EC261 / UK261

TUI is a British charter airline. And that means there are two regulations that apply to most TUI flight delays, cancellations and overbookings – EC261, also known as the EU flight compensation regulation, and the Regulation UK261 . Every time your TUI flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked, you may be entitled to EU or UK flight compensation. Don’t forget to file a claim!

EU and UK air passenger rights laws are practically identical.
