TUI is a British charter airline. And that means there are two regulations that apply to most TUI flight delays, cancellations and overbookings – EC261, also known as the EU flight compensation regulation, and the Regulation UK261 . Every time your TUI flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked, you may be entitled to EU or UK flight compensation. Don’t forget to file a claim!

ELIGIBILITY:
all passengers (includes infants)
Every single time when TUI flight arrives 3 or more hours later than scheduled, and the delay is due to TUI’s fault, not something unavoidable, you may be entitled to EU or UK flight delay compensation. In Europe, you can get up to 600 euro for flight delay. The same rules apply also to infants with infant ticket.

Every time TUI cancels a flight, you must be given a choice between a new flight or full refund. You have a right to choose any of the options. The same rules apply to all flights both departing from and arriving to Europe. If this has happened up to 2 weeks before departure, you may also have a right to UK flight cancellation compensation.
